Florence and  Pisa 

Departure from the cruise Terminal of La Spezia for a wonderful sightseeing of Cinque Terre. Short photographic stop in the panoramic yard of the fishermen village of Manarola to enjoy the beauty of the landscape. Then, we will drive towards the Tuscany city of Pisa. Let yourself be impressed by the beauty of the famous Leaning Tower and the “Miracle Square”.  Afterwards, return to La Spezia. The tour includes the bus ride from the cruise terminal and back, as far as the presence of a tour leader on bord from the start to the end of the trip.

Accompanied by one of our experienced tour leaders, you will depart from the La Spezia Cruise Terminal aboard our coach to reach the wonderful city of Pisa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Your tour leader will take you to the famous Piazza dei Miracoli to admire the white marble monuments, including the famous Leaning Tower. Free time at leisure for sightseeing: be enraptured by its narrow streets of the historic center, the Lungarni with picturesque buildings, and the majestic Piazza dei Cavalieri, home of the renowned Normale University. Back in La Spezia you can stroll with your tour leader through the city's historic center discovering the artistic Art Nouveau and Futurist villas. Starting from "Palco della Musica" (Art Nouveau) you will continue along the main streets of the city, where you will be able to admire the historic facades of palaces such as "Casa di abitazione" (Futurist), "Palazzo Contesso-Vivaldi" (Art Nouveau) and "Palazzo delle Poste" (Futurist). Pisa Cinque Terre Sightseeing

Departure from the cruise Terminal of La Spezia with one of our tour leader to reach the La Spezia train station, where we will take the train to Manarola. Arrival in Manarola, the second of the five villages that are part of the 5 Terre Natural Park. Short walk to reach the heart of the village, where you will enjoy the beauty of the landscape. Time available for photos . Then, departure from the Manarola train station towards Monterosso, the last of the 5 Terre five villages. Arrival in Monterosso after a 15-minute train ride. About 2 hours free time to visit the lovely fisherman village. Afterwards, departure from the Monterosso train station to return to La Spezia.
Once out the station, we will reach the La Spezia Cruise Terminal by a 20 minutes’ walk along Via del Prione, one of the prettiest pedestrian streets of the city.

Travel through time to discover a Roman quarry while crossing a lunar landscape. Departing from the Cruise Terminal in La Spezia, the Cruise Terminal in Marina di Carrara or from Carrara centre in a comfortable coach you will arrive at Fossacava: Roman quarry from the 1st century BC, used for the extraction of Bardiglio nuvolato, a quality of colored marble much appreciated by the Romans. Major archaeological site located on the road to Colonnata perfectly preserved where you can take advantage of a free guided tour or explore on your own, assisted by panels created _ad hoc_. Afterwards, riding a 4x4 jeep, set off on an adventure and delve into the marble quarries, thanks to expert guides. Unique experience among the quarry routes that will leave you spellbound thanks to the jaw-dropping landscape.  You will reach the highest peaks from which we can even admire the Cinque Terre!

Discover La Spezia on a hyper-ecological train that will take you on a tour of the city. Departing from the La Spezia pier, we will pass the Cathedral of Christ the King, admiring the Gulf from above and the San Giorgio Castle and then continue the tour passing the Lia Museum, the Ethnographic Museum and the Seal Museum, the ancient Market Square and the Old Cathedral. We will enter Corso Cavour to pass in front of the house where Garibaldi was hospitalized, reach Via Chiodo, to look at the Admiralty Palace and the Naval Museum. The tour then ends at the starting point of the Morin promenade, once called Via dei Bagni where an ancient train used to pass, thus trying to re-enact this journey called "the little train of the Gulf of Poets." From there we will continue by bus to Pisa, a Tuscan city famous throughout the world for the uniqueness of the Piazza dei Miracoli and its Leaning Tower. Free time at leisure to visit the town, its monuments, the narrow streets of the historic center, the Lungarni characterized by picturesque bridges and Piazza dei Cavalieri, still home to the renowned Normale University. At the end of the visit, we will return, with a sightseeing of the " Gulf of the poets", to La Spezia in time for the departure of the cruise.
