In such cases, Tantitours S.r.l. is not responsible for the adequacy, quality, or compliance of services provided by Providers, nor for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of such services.

4.2 Limitations of Liability

Tantitours S.r.l. shall not be liable for:

indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the offered services;

delays, cancellations, or modifications of experiences due to force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond Tantitours S.r.l.’s reasonable control;

any errors or omissions in the information provided on the site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

4.3 User Obligations

The user agrees to:

provide accurate and complete information when booking;

comply with all instructions and regulations provided before and during the experience;

behave responsibly and in accordance with local laws while participating in the experiences.

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise and explicitly stated for a specific experience:

all purchases and bookings are considered final and non-refundable;

any refund requests will be evaluated at the sole discretion of Tantitours S.r.l.

Users are advised to carefully check the specific conditions of each experience at the time of booking or purchase.

5.1 Cancellations or Modifications by the Provider Due to Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances that prevent the service from being delivered (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government measures, transport disruptions, safety concerns, or force majeure), Tantitours S.r.l. reserves the right to:

cancel the booked experience;

modify the schedule, meeting point, itinerary, or other organizational aspects;

replace the experience with an equivalent activity, where possible.

In such cases, the user will be entitled to:

a full refund of the amount paid, or

the option to rebook the experience for a later date, subject to availability.

No additional compensation or indemnity shall be owed for incidental expenses or indirect damages resulting from the cancellation or modification.

5.2 Cancellations by the Provider

Tantitours S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel an experience even for reasons not related to force majeure, including:

failure to reach the minimum number of participants;

unavailability of guides or authorized staff;

organizational or logistical issues.

In such cases, the user will be entitled to:

a full refund of the amount paid, or

the option to reschedule the experience.

No other compensation will be granted for incidental expenses (e.g. transportation, accommodation, other services) incurred by the user.

6.⁠ ⁠Experience Rules

By booking or purchasing an experience through tantitours.com, the user automatically agrees to comply with the experience’s rules, which will be communicated in writing or verbally before the activity begins. Failure to comply may result in exclusion without any right to a refund.

7.⁠ ⁠Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 59, letter n) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services with a specific execution date or period. Therefore, users may not exercise the right of withdrawal for experiences booked on tantitours.com.
