Tasting and explanation of Spongata di Sarzana a typical dessert made with short pastry, dried fruit and honey prepared for the holidays, or Farinata, a savory Ligurian cake with ancient origins and made with the use of chickpea flour, extra virgin olive oil, water and salt.
